Choose the right container and soil
Take at least 6-8 inches of deep pot or container for spinach, so that the roots can be found to be spread. The correct mixture of soil is very important –
70% garden soil
20% rotten cow dung manure
10% river sand
This mixture is light, rich in nutrients and helps in early germination.
The right way to sow seeds
Make 1 to 1.5 inches deep pits and add spinach seeds to them. Keep a distance of 2-3 inches between the seeds. Put light soil on top and give light spray of water. Seeds sprout in 5-7 days.
Regular water and care
Spinach likes moisture but more water can rot the roots. So give water only when the soil looks dry. Lightly loose the soil around the plants and remove the weeds, so that the plants remain healthy.

Incense, manure is also important
Spinach grows well in light sunlight or shade. Insert organic fertilizer such as cow dung or vermi compost every 10-12 days. Use neem oil or neem cake to protect them from insects. Avoid chemical manure and pesticides.
Leaves harvesting and frequent use
The leaves are ready to break 30-40 days after sowing. Keep in mind that only the leaves break, leave the root and new copper in the middle. With this, the plant will give new leaves again and again and you will continue to get fresh spinach for several weeks.
