Make healthy samosa on the pan without fried, know the recipe

Samosa is a popular snack in India. Everybody likes children like to eat it. Nowadays markets are made not only potatoes, but samosas in different ways. But to make it, deep fry is done using maida, spices and oil or ghee. Due to which calories and fat are high in it.

Due to this, there is more risk of weight gain. If we talk about the samosas found in the market, then which oil is used to make it, which increases the amount of trans fat in it. Due to which there is a risk of increasing cholesterol in the body, if the rest is consumed daily or every other day, then it is beneficial for our over all health.

If you also like to eat samosa, then you can make it healthy at home. You use healthy things to make it. Apart from this, you can make it differently without fried. Bharat Wadhwa has shared a video in his social media Instagram in which he is seen making samosa on the pan. Let’s know about the way to make samosas healthy from them

Tawa samosa

To make Tawa samosa, add 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup maida and water as per the need and knead the dough. Keep it covered for some time. By the way, excessive consumption of maida can harm health, so you can use semolina instead.

Now boil the potatoes and mash. Add 1 teaspoon mango powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon of kasoori methi, coriander leaves, chopped onions and raisins and mix. After this, add 2 teaspoons of table spoon oil in a pan and heat it. 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon fennel, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 2 inch ginger, 2 to 3 green chillies, 1/4 cup peas, water as per need, water, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder and 1 teaspoon red chilli powder and 1 teaspoon coriander powder. Now mix it with potato paste.

Now take semolina dough and roll it into the shape of small bread. Now add potato paste to it. Give it the shape of samosas and fold it. Apply fennel and white sesame on it. Apply one side of it on it and place it on a hot pan. After this, take a pan and keep it on the gas to heat up. Now keep the bottom inverted color on that pan. Now it will swell like samosas. Take healthy samosa ready. Serve it with tasty chutney made at home.
