Ingredients
Milk ½ cup (cold, full fat)
Refined oil 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 tsp
sugar ½ tsp
salt as per taste
black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Mustard powder or paste (optional) ½ tsp
Method of preparation (Step-by-Step Process)
step 1 : Pour cold milk into a blender or mixer jar. Now start adding refined oil little by little and keep blending. You have to blend it very well so that you get a creamy texture. Now gradually the mixture will start thickening and you will see that the mayonnaise is becoming creamy.
Step 2: After blending milk and refined oil well, when you get creamy texture, then add salt, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and black pepper powder and mix. Blend all these well for 15-20 seconds like before.
Step 3: If you want a little flavor, you can also add mustard powder or a little garlic paste to it. This enhances the taste even more and gives a new flavor. Fill the prepared mayonnaise in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator. You can use it comfortably for 1 week.
