What ingredients will be required?
To prepare this barfi, you will need two cups of milk powder, half cup of condensed milk, two tablespoons of cocoa powder, two spoons of desi ghee, one-fourth cup of sugar and some nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashews, walnuts which will help in giving a crunchy and nutty flavor to your barfi. Chocolate Barfi Recipe
- First of all, chop almonds, cashews, walnuts and pistachios and keep them in a plate. Heat a pan and fry a few nuts and save the rest.
- The second step is to add condensed milk and milk powder to the remaining desi ghee in the pan. Now cook it while stirring continuously. If ghee is less then you can add a little more, but do not add too much.
- The third step in making barfi is to add cocoa powder to the mixture of condensed milk and milk powder and cook it while stirring continuously.

- Now add fried nuts to the prepared mixture and grease a flat tray with ghee. Spread the entire mixture in this tray to the thickness of the barfi and make it uniform with a ladle.
- When the barfi cools completely, sprinkle the remaining nuts on top and press lightly with a ladle so that they stick to the barfi.
- With the help of a knife, cut the prepared barfi into pieces of desired size and then carefully remove them from the tray one by one. In this way your chocolate barfi will be prepared.
