New Delhi: Mahindra have teased the production-spec version of the 2023 BE Rall-E concept for the first time and will be launching along with the Mahindra XEV 9S on November 26th. In the teaser, Mahindra shows the e-SUV’s exterior. The teaser shows hints of the upcoming e-SUV’s front and back.
It comes with a scooped-out bonnet design and eyebrow-shaped LED daytime running lamps (DRLs) as the lower-spec Pack One Above trim of the Mahindra BE 6. The main difference from the BE 6 spotted is the circular housing for the projector LED headlights, which appears closer to the BE Rall-E concept. Even the front bash plate is more prominent than the BE model.

In profile, the production-spec Rall-E model’s silhouette is much closer to the concept, with the sloping roofline and sharp creases on the body. In the final production variant, instead of the off-road-focused steel wheels, it will come with star-shaped, aero-optimised alloy rims. The concept’s roof-mounted carrier also appears to have been dropped.
What is expected from the Mahindra’s e-SUV?
The teaser shows the back roof-mounted spoiler, and LED light bars a well, which are not connected. It also hints at a spoiler above the taillight portion and the Infinity logo on the tailgate.
While the powertrain of the e-SUV isn’t known, it could borrow the battery pack and the electric motor from the Mahindra BE 6. The BE 6 comes with 59 kWh and 79 kWh battery pack options with an ARAI range of 683 km. Buyers also have an option between a 231 bhp motor and a 286 bhp electric motor at the back axle. It is expected that the interior will be more or less the same as the BE 6 and should come with things like two-spoke wheels and the lot.
Features could include powered and ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera, a powered tailgate and seven airbags as well.
