Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announced Space Tech Policy-2025 and AI City in MP Tech Growth Conclave 2.0. The conclave will make Madhya Pradesh a tech and space hub with investment of ₹15,896 crore, 64,000 employment and start of 22 new units.
Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is now going to take a new flight in the field of space technology. The state will soon implement Space Tech Policy-2025, under which satellite data, remote sensing and space startups will be encouraged. He informed that Knowledge and AI City will be developed on 2000 acres of land in Bhopal, which will be built on the lines of modern hi-tech and cyber city. Here global institutes, research centers and startups will work together, making Madhya Pradesh a major AI hub of India. At the same time, 25 acres of land is being allotted for the Science City Project, where world-class facilities related to science and innovation will be developed.
Madhya Pradesh Tech Growth Conclave 2.0: Confluence of investment and innovation
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav addressed investors in the MP Tech Growth Conclave 2.0 organized at Brilliant Convention Center, Indore. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has entered the golden era of technological development. In this direction, Madhya Pradesh has organized this conclave to give new energy to the technical and industrial sector of the state, due to which the state will attain a leading position on the technology map of India.
Investments worth ₹15,896 crore and 64,085 jobs will come from 68 programs.
A total of 68 events took place in the conclave which included inaugurations, bhoomi-pujans, MoUs, policy launches and one-to-one meetings. This will generate investment of Rs 15,896 crore and 64,085 employment opportunities in the state. The Chief Minister said that since the first Tech Growth Conclave 1.0, investment proposals worth about ₹34,000 crore and 2 lakh jobs have been generated. Investments worth ₹6,000 crore and 50,000 jobs have been realized in just eight months.
Land allotment to 9 companies, 10.61 crore investment and 740 employment.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav handed over letters of intent for land allotment to 9 companies. These include Toss, Easysoft, Omnis Buildcare, Assist Click, LogiMonk, Mammoth Exhausts India, MP Online and Riddhi Enterprise. This will result in investment of Rs 10.61 crore and creation of 740 new jobs in the state. This will give a new direction to the IT and manufacturing sector.
₹800 crore investment and 10,500 employment opportunities from 7 MoUs
7 important MoUs were signed in the conclave, which will lead to investment of ₹800 crore and creation of 10,500 jobs. These MoUs are related to areas like silicon wafer manufacturing, IT park development, gaming, skill development and tech research. Institutions like DAVV IT Park, ANSR, Military College of Telecommunication Engineering Mhow, Game Developer Association of India were involved in this.
Cyber Security and AI MoU between Indian Army and MP Government
MoU signed between the state government and the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering of the Indian Army for cyber security and AI research. It aims to enhance collaboration between defense and civil technology, which will accelerate cutting-edge technology and skill development.

Agreements involving investment of ₹85.51 crore were signed in the presence of the Chief Minister.
- Establishment of AI-powered Drone Technology Excellence Center with IISER Bhopal
- Skill Training Master Service Agreement with L&T Edutech
- Participation of LNCT, Oriental, Bansal, Sage, IES University in training
Launch of CISO Portal and Drone Data Repository
CM launches CISO portal, which will strengthen cyber security in government departments. Also, Drone Data Repository (DDR) was launched, which will promote drone based data usage in areas like land, irrigation, urban planning and disaster management.
Space Tech Policy-2025 unveiled
The Chief Minister released the draft of Space Tech Policy-2025, through which Madhya Pradesh will attain a leading position in India’s space tech economy. This policy will open new opportunities for research, investment and employment.
Inauguration of 22 new industrial units
22 new industrial units were inaugurated at the conclave, which will entail investment of ₹257.46 crore and creation of 2,125 jobs. These units will be established in Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior.
Bhoomi Poojan of 4 big projects – ₹1,346.75 crore investment
Chief Minister performed virtual bhoomi pujan of 4 new projects-
- IT Consulting Center in Indore by LTI Industries at a cost of ₹810 crore
- DNR Corporation’s ₹524 crore IT park
- LED Manufacturing Unit in Bhopal by Infini Sales
- Defense Manufacturing Hub at Jabalpur by RAR Engineering
New projects in the direction of ‘Self-reliant Madhya Pradesh’
CM issues CCIP orders for 6 industrial projects that will generate ₹2,999 crore investment and 6,150 jobs. This step will accelerate the goal of self-reliant Madhya Pradesh.
Innovation exhibition shows technological future
The conclave showcased cutting-edge technologies ranging from high-speed electronics, AR/VR, blockchain, agri-drones and public tech services. Companies from Indore, Bhopal and Barwani presented their latest discoveries and products.

- Partha Sengupta of Vena India said- ‘There is immense potential for GCC in Indore and Bhopal.’
- Dr. Subbarao Pavuluri of Anant Technologies said- ‘The state should move forward in satellite manufacturing.’
