Madhya Pradesh Higher Education Scholarship: The Higher Education Department of the Government of Madhya Pradesh has made a special plan for students who come from economically weaker families and want to study in Higher Education i.e. Graduate or Post-Graduate. The main objective of this post matriculation and top class scholarship is to reduce the expenses of such students’ education. This includes tuition fees, hostel allowances and other necessary expenses. The government wants eligible students to complete their studies without financial pressure and move forward in professional life. What will help from post matriculation and top class scholarship?

This scholarship given from Madhya Pradesh government side will provide financial help to students, in which-

  • Students living in hostels: Rs 1,200 per month maintenance allowance will be available.
  • Students not living in hostels: Rs 650 per month allowance.
  • Remumbers of compulsory and non-refundable fees are also available.

Who can apply?

  • The applicant is studying in a graduate or post-graduate course.
  • The annual income of the guardian for post matric scholarship should not exceed Rs 2,50,000.
  • Parent’s annual income for top class scholarship can be up to Rs 6,00,000.
  • The applicant should have 40 percent or more disability.

How to apply online?

  • Open the official website of the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) in your browser.
  • Select the option of new registration on the homepage.
  • Read the registration guideline carefully and click on Continue.
  • Choose Aadhaar category, enter mobile numbers and verify OTP and captcha.
  • Fill the correct information in the registration form, such as scholarship category, state, name and date of birth, gender and contact details.
  • Now click on Submit or Register. You will get a student application ID.
  • Now apply after filling the form, for this, choose Login Fresh Application on the NSP website.
  • Enter your details- Click on the login by adding application ID, password, captcha and submit the form.
  • After submitting the form for the future need, take out a copy print of the confirmation page and keep it safe.
