A sensational case of gang rape has come to light from Purnia, Bihar. The girl kidnapped from Newalal Chowk of the city was taken to Barrier Chowk, 20 km away, and gang-raped by 6 people. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police team reached the spot to rescue the victim.

The main accused of gangrape, Mo Junaid, has been arrested by the police from the spot. The victim is undergoing treatment at the Government Medical College Hospital. Accused Junaid kidnapped the girl, took her 20 km away from the city and gang-raped her in a warehouse. The car in which the victim was kidnapped also belonged to Junaid. Apart from Junaid, car driver Mohammad Istabar was also present in the car. After kidnapping the girl, these people took her to a shop named Zoya Traders in Barrier Chowk, Dagrua, about 20 km from Purnia city. Four people were already present in Junaid’s shop. The victim was gang-raped in the warehouse of Zoya Traders. Gang rape was carried out. Where four people were already present.
Identification of two accused, search for three
Apart from Junaid, Mo Irfan and Mo Istabar have been identified in the gangrape case, while three unknown accused have not been identified. According to SDPO Jitendra Pandey, Junaid has a criminal background. Cases related to robbery, theft, fraud and Arms Act are already registered against him.
