PM Narendra Modi INAUGURATES EV Plant: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the production of hybrid battery electrodes at TDS Lithium-Aya Battery Plant in Gujarat. This car is fully built in India and will be sent to more than 100 countries like Europe and Japan. PM Modi said that now a new chapter has been added to “Make in India”. Made in India will also be written on electric cars running abroad.

E-Vitara has two battery options of 49kwh and 61kwh and it can run more than 500 kilometers once charged. Its production has started at Suzuki Motor Plant in Gujarat since February 2025. Modi said that the seeds of India’s success story were sown in 2012, when he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat and gave Maruti Suzuki land in Hansalpur. The vision of that time was self -sufficient India and Make in India. Today the country is getting the benefit of the same effort. Now ‘Made in India’ will be written on electric vehicles running in dozens of countries of the world.

PM Modi invited all states

Further PM Modi said, “I invite all the states. Come on, compete the reforms, compete with Pro Development Policy, Competition Good Governance. Ensure your participation in further intensifying the speed of developing India by 2047.”
