These include Agra, Aligarh, Saharanpur, Shamli, Baghpat, Bareilly, Moradabad, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Bulandshahr, Etawah, Firozabad, Etah, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Ghaziabad, Hathras, Mathura, Meerut, Hapur, Pilibhit, Rampur and Shahjahanpur. People living in these areas have been advised to exercise extreme caution while driving.
