Lucknow Power Cut Today: More than five lakh consumers will face power crisis in the capital Lucknow. From September 15 to October 14, supply will be interrupted in many areas including Jankipuram, Thakurganj, Gomtinagar, Rajajipuram, Nishatganj under the Maintenance month.

Lucknow. Millions of consumers of the capital will have to face power crisis today. Lesa has announced to stop power supply in many areas due to the beginning of the month of maintenance. From September 15 to October 14, repair and improvement work will be done at different sub-stations in the city. Due to this, a population of about five lakhs will be affected on Monday.

Jankipuram and Thakurganj sub -stations will be affected

There will be power cuts from 10:30 am to 5 pm in Jankipuram Engineering College Sub-Center Sector-H and Gudamba police station colony.

  • The supply will be closed from 11 am to 3 pm at Radhagram sub -station of Thakurganj.
  • There will be no electricity from 10 am to 4 pm on Azad Nagar sub -station.
  • There will be a cut from 11 am to 3 pm at Saadatganj New Noorbadi sub -station.

Several hours of power failure in Gomtinagar and Indiranagar

Electricity supply will be interrupted from 11 am to 2 pm at Gomtinagar Minister Housing Sub -center. This will affect areas like Forest Department Colony, Mandi Parishad Colony, Ice Tower, PNB Tower and Telephone Exchange.

  • Vijayantkhand, Vikrantkhand, Vibhavkhand and Optionkhand will be cut from 11 am to 3 pm.
  • The Vishwaskhand sub -station will remain closed from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
  • There will be power failure from 8 am to 1 pm in HAL sub-station (A-block, eucalyptus) of Indiranagar.

Cut in Rajajipuram and expansion area

The supply will be interrupted from 11 am to 5 pm at Rajajipuram New Sub -Center. This will affect many areas including Anand Vihar, Shivajipuram, Sector-11, Ashok Nagar, Dhania Mahri Bridge and Shakti Chauraha. There will be no electricity from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at Gomtinagar Extension Center-5 sub-station.

Nishatganj and Purunia areas will also be affected

  • There will be a deduction from 11 am to 1 pm in Gomtinagar Extension Center-1, Makdumpur, Varadankhand and Shraddhanagar Colony.
  • There will be power failure from 10 am to 5 pm in Sector-H and J of Purania sub-station.
  • The supply will be interrupted from 11 am to 2 pm in Nishatganj of Bhikhampur sub -station.
  • There will be power cuts from 9 am to 5 pm in Adarshapuram of Ahibaranpur sub -center.
  • Electricity supply will be closed from 10 am to 2 pm on Utrethia sub -station.
