SALONI Heart Center SGPGI: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the SBI Foundation ICU Project in Lucknow. Modern facilities will be available for the treatment of children’s congenital heart diseases with the help of 10 crores.
SBI Foundation ICU Project Lucknow: This moment is very difficult for any parent when their young child has to face severe heart disease. In such a situation, the lack of treatment puts many families in disappointment and anxiety. But now a new ray of hope is coming out from Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday launched the SBI Foundation ICU project at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI). This project will be operated at Saloni Heart Center, especially for the treatment of children’s congenital heart diseases.
This initiative makes SBI Foundation’s cooperation of Rs 10 crore, with the help of which the center will be equipped with state -of -the -art equipment and resources. For a long time, there was a lack of high -level heart treatment for children in the state. In such a situation, this project can prove to be life -long for thousands of families of the state.

What are the achievements so far?
Chief Minister Yogi said that the Saloni Heart Center, which started about one and a half years ago, has so far undergone successful heart surgery of more than 300 children. The first phase of the center is completely active, while the second stage work is moving rapidly.

CM Yogi praised the efforts of Milli Seth and Himanshu Seth, the operator of Saloni Heart Foundation. He said that this couple has not only converted a dream into reality but has also hoped thousands of families. Also, the Chief Minister described the cooperation of SBI Foundation as a “life -saving step”.
How does this step connect with the state health mission?
Yogi Adityanath reminded that the state has earlier achieved great success in controlling deadly disease like encephalitis. Now concrete progress is being made to treat children’s heart diseases. He expressed confidence that in the coming time, this center will become an example not only for the state but for the whole country.

On this occasion, Dr. R.K. Dhiman informed about the achievements so far. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Minister of State Mayankeshwar Sharan Singh, Saloni Foundation, SBI, SGPGI and Health Department officials were also present in the program.
