Lucknow Airport Flight Emergency: A big accident was averted due to technical fault in IndiGo Flight 6E-2111 at Chaudhary Charan Singh Airport in Lucknow. There were 151 passengers, including Dimple Yadav. All passengers were saved safely from the pilot’s understanding and quick action.
Lucknow. In the capital of Uttar Pradesh, there was chaos at Chaudhary Charan Singh Airport on Saturday when the IndiGo flight going to fly to Delhi suddenly occurred. There were 151 passengers in flight number 6E-2111, including Samajwadi Party MP and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav’s wife Dimple Yadav. The pilot’s understanding and quick action averted a big accident.
Aircraft ran on runway, stopped before takeoff
According to the information, at around 11 am on Saturday morning, IndiGo’s Lucknow-Delhi flight was running on the runway in preparation for takeoff. Meanwhile, there was an unusual sound from the aircraft and could not fly due to lack of adequate thrust. Pilot immediately informed the ATC about Abandoning Take Off and stopped the aircraft by applying emergency brake.

There was chaos in passengers, atmosphere of panic
This sudden incident caused panic among the passengers. Many passengers said that “God saved, otherwise a big accident could have happened.” The nervousness could be seen clearly on the faces of the passengers sitting in the aircraft. The airport staff immediately took out all the passengers safely.
Passengers sent to Delhi by second flight
According to airport sources, they were sent to Delhi by next flight after taking out all 151 passengers safely. The reasons for technical fault are currently being investigated by IndiGo. It is a matter of relief that in time, all the passengers survived safely due to pilot’s understanding.
