Whereas in Kolkata, common people will have to pay 879 rupees. The price of domestic gas cylinders in Mumbai will have to pay Rs 852.50. At the same time, the price in Chennai will be Rs 868.50. According to experts, due to crude oil prices and geo political tension, gas and crude oil prices have increased in the international market. Also, the import has become very expensive due to the fall in the rupee. This is the reason that there has been no change in prices.
Commercial gas cylinder price increases
On the other hand, the price of commercial gas cylinders has been increased. According to IOCL data, the country’s capital Delhi has witnessed an increase of Rs 15.50 and prices have increased to Rs 1,595.50. While Kolkata has increased by Rs 16.5 and the price has increased to Rs 1,700.50. At the same time, the prices of commercial gas cylinders in Mumbai have increased by Rs 15.5 and the price has increased to Rs 1,547. While commercial gas cylinders in Chennai became expensive by Rs 16.5 and the price has increased to Rs 1,754.5. According to experts, there can be further increase in the price of commercial gas cylinders in the coming days.
