This is the love story of Poonam and Suresh of Churu district. Gauri Poonam of the village fell in love with tractor driver Suresh. Then, to bring it to fruition, this loving couple took a step which their family members had not even imagined. Poonam is a resident of Dhani Mana in Churu district. Poonam told that about 12 months ago Suresh had come to her village Dhani Mana in connection with some work. At that time he used to drive a loader vehicle. During this time, both of them met for the first time and their acquaintance increased.
Family members had denied the relationship
According to Poonam Suresh, he fell in her heart at the very first sight. After this both of them started talking on mobile phone. Suresh also got attracted towards her. Gradually friendship turned into love affair. According to Poonam, she had told her family about her relationship with Suresh. But the family opposed him. Family members said that Suresh is a driver by profession. That’s why they cannot accept this relationship. According to Poonam, she had started liking Suresh and wanted to marry him only.
Both got married in Arya Samaj temple
When she did not get the consent of her family, she decided on her own level that she would marry Suresh only. Suresh now drives that tractor. To implement this decision, she left the house on 9 December 2025 and went to Suresh. After this both reached Jaipur. There they got married as per the rituals in the Arya Samaj temple. But after that he started fearing for his own people. Poonam started feeling that this step of hers was bound to lead to Mahabharata. On this, she reached the Churu Superintendent of Police with her lover-turned-husband Suresh.
As a precaution they want police protection
Poonam, who came to the SP office, told that Suresh had not brought her by coaxing or by force. She said that she was an adult and had come with Suresh of her own free will. Suresh has not brought him, rather she herself has brought him. Both said that they wanted police protection as a precautionary measure. Police officers listened to both of them seriously and recorded their statements. However, both of them have not received any threat at present. But they don’t want any controversy. They just want to live with each other in peace and love.
