Had an accident, then helped and gave injection

The accused have been identified as B Boya Vasundhara (34), a resident of Kurnool, Kong Jyoti (40), a nurse at a private hospital in Adoni, and her two children. Whose age is around 20 years. The woman had hatched this conspiracy with three people. Police said that he was arrested on January 24. Police said that the accused had taken HIV infected blood samples from patients undergoing treatment in a government hospital. When the infected people asked the reason for taking the sample, they were told that the sample was being taken for research.

According to the police, the accused claims that he had stored the infected blood in a refrigerator and later injected the same sample into the victim. Police said that the female doctor had married her lover. Which she was not able to accept. In such a situation, he conspired to separate the two. Then he deliberately pretended to help the victim by pretending to be a road accident. After this, while taking the victim to the hospital, he was injected with HIV virus.

According to the police, this incident happened on January 9 at around 2.30 pm. When the victim, an assistant professor in a private medical college in Kurnool, was returning home on a scooter for lunch after duty. Police said two people riding a motorcycle deliberately hit his scooter near the KC canal near Vinayak Ghat.

Due to which she fell and got injured. After this the accused came to him on the pretext of helping him. Police said that Vasundhara got injected with HIV while trying to take him in an auto-rickshaw. When the victim raised an alarm, they ran away from the spot.

The victim’s husband is also a doctor

The victim’s husband, who is also a doctor. He lodged a complaint at Kurnool III Town Police Station on January 10. After which a case was registered under sections 126(2), 118(1), 272 and 3(5) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). Further action is being taken in the matter.
