The initial public offering (IPO) of industrial machinery manufacturer was subscribed 7.25 times, securing bids for 10,40,88,180 shares against 1,43,52,274 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.
Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) subscribed their portion 9.11 times, while non-institutional investors’ quota was booked 6.82 times. The category for retail investors got 2.77 times subscription.
The ₹1,101.28 crore IPO was entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 2.59 crore equity shares.
Under the OFS, promoters Raj Kumar Lohia, Amit Kumar Lohia, Gaurav Lohia, and Ritu Lohia, and shareholders Anuja Lohia, Anurag Lohia and Alok Kumar Lohia divested their stake.
Lohia Corp is engaged in making machinery and equipment for technical textiles, primarily for producing polypropylene and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven fabrics and sacks.
