Mumbai-headquartered real estate company Lodha Developers on Saturday reported a net profit of Rs 1,373 crore for the quarter ended June 30, beating analysts’ estimates.
Its net profit jumped more than two times on a year-on-year basis.
The company’s June-quarter top line grew 43 per cent to Rs 4,997 crore from Rs 3,492 crore a year ago, accordgint to a regulatory filing.
Both headline numbers exceeded Street expectations.
According to Zee Business research, the realty firm was estimated to register a net profit of Rs 904 crore and revenue of Rs 4,211 crore for the first quarter of the financial year.
Lodha Developers Q1 FY27 operational performance
The property developer’s June-quarter earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation stood at Rs 1,922 crore, marking a rise of 95 per cent over the year-ago period.
Its margin — a key measure of profitability — expanded to 39 per cent from 28 per cent a year ago.
Both operational numbers were also ahead of Street estimates.
Analysts had pegged the company’s quarterly EBITDA at Rs 1,312 crore and margin at 31 per cent.

Lodha Developers shares have risen 6.6 per cent for the year so far, outperforming a 9.1 per cent decline and a 0.4 per cent gain in the Nifty 50 and Nifty Realty indices, respectively.
