What are liver-friendly options
1) Date + walnuts- Date contains fiber which slows down digestion and prevents fat from getting stored in the liver. Walnuts contain omega-3 fatty acids that reduce inflammation.
2) Some nuts without shagar with dark chocolate- it contains antioxidants which protect the liver cells from oxidative stress ie stress and also get vitamin E.
3) Apple pieces + honey + cinnamon- The liver is healthy with a fiber called apple pectin. Honey and cinnamon helps in digestion. Your stomach is easily cleaned.
4) Belly with Greek Yogurt or Curd- This combo liver, rich in probiotics and anti-inflammatory compounds, keeps the combo liver healthy by mixing all these components.
Foods that can weaken liver
- Sugar and processed drinks containing sugar- They not only delicious but accumulate fat in the liver and slow down the master detoxifier.
- Industrial seed oils such as soybeans, corn and sunflower oils- they contain high omega 6 fatty acids that can increase liver inflammation and oxidative stress.
