Who will get the benefit of the scheme?
To take advantage of this scheme, the age of women applying to be between 18 and 70 years should be between 18 and 70 years and the minimum educational qualification must be 10th pass. However, the current agents or employees of LIC and their close relatives are not eligible for the scheme. Relatives include husband and wife, parents, children, siblings and in-laws. Similarly, retired employees and former agents will also not be appointed again under this scheme.
