LG’s 2025 OLED and QNED TVs launched in India: Price, specs and features

New Delhi: LG Electronics India has launched its 2025 collection of OLEDevo and QNEDevo TVs. With the new powerful Alpha AI Processor Gen2, the new lineup is set to bring a customised user experience and immense improvements in picture and sound quality. These next-gen smart TVs also introduce more advanced AI-based features and immersive viewing technology, making a new level of a premium TV market.

The 2025 models seek to reinvent smart home entertainment. LG’s new products focus on personalisation, smarter usability and upgraded processing to provide sharper images, richer audio, and intelligent interaction. The new TV sets will be available in different screen sizes in both retail stores and online stores beginning July 2025.

AI-Powered experience at the core

The LG 2025 TVs are centred around the enhanced Alpha AI Processor Gen2. It features such features as AI Welcome, which greets a user by name, and AI Voice ID, which identifies a voice to open a personal profile. The new Magic Remote features a voice recognition button and the AI Magic Remote, and Concierge suggests content based on user behaviour. The AI Chatbot provides support in real-time, and features such as AI Picture Wizard and AI Sound Wizard adjust picture and audio settings to the individual viewer.

OLED evo: Picture clarity with cinematic sound

The 2025 OLED evo series is equipped with Brightness Booster Ultimate that enhances light control and brightness even with ambient lights. The Alpha 11 AI Processor Gen2 uses a pixel-based analysis to process the content to upscale the resolution, whereas Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro enhances the HDR10 visuals. Ambient Light Compensation has now been added to Filmmaker Mode, and Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support provide a cinema-like experience. AI Sound Pro produces 11.1.2 virtual surround sound and improves the sound of voices.

QNED evo: Mini LED with vivid colour

LG QNED TVs have Mini LED backlighting, as well as a Dynamic QNED Colour solution, to make the colours brighter and increase contrast. These models utilise the Alpha AI Processor that adapts scene-to-scene content quality. Both AI Picture Pro and AI Sound Pro are constantly enhancing output, with a rich and well-balanced viewing experience. The QNEDevo line provides virtual 9.1.2 channel surround sound with individual audio profiles.

Smarter software, gaming performance and accessibility

The webOS platform by LG has also been redesigned to be fast. The new TVs will be given full operating system upgrades in the five years under the webOS Re:New programme. It has features such as Apple AirPlay and Google Cast that enable easy sharing of content. The OLED evo TVs are ready to be used by gamers, with 4K 165 Hz refresh rates and support of NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium. Game Optimiser enables the user to switch modes depending on the genre.
