Prepare the soil with 50% garden soil, 30% vermicompost or cowdung manure and 20% sand or cocopeat. The soil for lettuce should be loose and light. So do not make any mistake while making it. Plant it in a bed or a 6 to 8 inch pot. Sow the seeds 2 inches deep and cover with soil. After sowing, water with spray. Lettuce is ready in 30-40 days. Cut the outer leaves and leave the inner ones, which will cause it to grow again. Add fertilizer to it after 15 days. The soil should remain moist, but do not overwater it. It will melt.
