What ingredients will be required?
For Garlic Fenugreek, you will need 500 grams fenugreek, 3 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 10-12 garlic cloves, 2 green chillies, half teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon garam masala.
Ingredients for Paste
1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chilli, 8-10 garlic cloves, one inch piece of ginger, 2 bay leaves, 3 cloves, 3-4 black peppers, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, salt as per taste.

- Cut the fenugreek, wash it, take it out of water and put some fenugreek in a mixer and make a paste. Reserve the rest.
- Heat oil in a pan and after adding cumin seeds, cook the fenugreek paste till the oil starts separating. After this add red chilli, turmeric, coriander, salt and cook this paste for 2 minutes.
- After preparing the paste, the first step in making the vegetable is to peel all the garlic cloves and keep them aside.
- Pour oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, add asafoetida and then put garlic in this oil. Fry it until it becomes light golden.
- After adding garlic, add green chilli and onion and fry. After this add tomatoes and cook till they melt.
- When the tomatoes are completely mashed, add fenugreek vegetables to it and then let it cook.
- When the fenugreek water dries up, add prepared fenugreek paste into it and add red chilli powder, garlic-ginger paste, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, mix, cover and let the vegetable cook for some time.
