Incline Walking is a low-intensity workout, which gradually shows its effect. This exercise gradually burns fat, because it requires more hormones, more enzymes and more oxygen. At the same time, it also does not increase the cortisol i.e. stress hormone. By doing this, glutes and cuffs are active. Insulin sensitivity is better. Also, there is an enzyme act called AMPK, which helps in using fat as energy.
