According to Drik Panchang, this time the full moon date of Phalgun month is going to start at 05:55 pm on 02 March 2026. Whereas this date will end the next day on March 3 at 05:07 pm. According to Udayatithi, this time Phalgun Purnama will be celebrated on 03 March 2026. Lakshmi Jayanti will also happen on this day. Holika Dahan will take place on March 03 and lunar eclipse will also take place.
Auspicious time for worship of Lakshmi Jayanti
On the day of Lakshmi Jayanti, sunrise will be at 05.35 am. Brahma Muhurta will start at 05:13 am. This auspicious time will be at 06:01 am. Abhijit Muhurta will start at 11.02 am. This auspicious time will last till 11.49 am. Evening evening auspicious time will start at 05:16 pm. This auspicious time will last till 06:30 pm.
Lakshmi Jayanti Puja Method
On the day of Lakshmi Jayanti, wake up early in the morning, take bath and wear pure yellow colored clothes. Light a ghee lamp in front of the idol or picture of Goddess Lakshmi. Offer red flowers, perfume, fruits, clothes and makeup items to Mata Rani. Recite Lakshmi Mantra, Lakshmi Chalisa and Shri Sukta. Conclude the puja by performing aarti.
