What documents will be required for PAN application?

You can submit the following documents for proof of date of birth while applying for PAN card from April 1:

• birth certificate
• voter card
• Matriculation (10th) certificate
• driving license
• Passport
• Affidavit (issued by Magistrate)
• Other Government Documents

Also, the name written on the PAN card will now be as per Aadhaar only, the old form will be declared invalid after April 1.
