Now, Kushal finally reacted to her claims and exclusively told Zoom that she was never a reason behind his breakup with Shivangi Joshi. The Bigg Boss 7 contestant also revealed details about his DM to Shreya on Instagram.
Kushal Tandon Clears Air On Breakup With Shivangi Joshi
During a candid chat with us, jokingly said that he has sent a bill to Ekta Kapoor after being discussed on her show. The Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai star said, “I have sent the bill to Ekta Kapoor with GST. She has told me, ‘Yeh ghar ki hi baat hai’. I have signed up with her only. I am okay with it.”
He clarified that his breakup with never happened because of Shreya Kalra. Kushal said, “I didn’t even know her (Shreya Kalra) full name. When I was told about her commenting about me in Lock Upp, I first thought, ‘Who is she? ‘Then, I remembered her. Firstly, she said that my breakup with Shivangi happened because of her, which is not at all true.”

Kushal Tandon Shares Details About His DM To Shreya Kalra
Kushal Tandon revealed he met only once during the shoot of the promo of his show, Barsatein – Mausam Pyaar Ka. He shared some details about his conversation with Kalra. The actor said, “I met her for the first time during the shoot of Barsatein Mausam Pyaar Ka’s first promo shoot. There was a passing shot of her where she sees me and says, ‘Wow, what a guy!’ During the shoot, we talked to each other. At that time, I asked her, ‘Why is she doing this promo shoot?’ She told me, ‘I was told that you will be shooting a full-on promo with Kushal Tandon’. Eventually, it turned out to be a passing shot. But she couldn’t walk out now.”
When asked about the DM, Kushal Tandon revealed each detail about his message to Shreya Kalra. He said, “I got a message from her on Instagram thanking me for being a ‘nice person’. I replied to her, ‘Dude, you can do much better. You can do very good. You should not have done this small role of passing by seeing the actor. ‘That’s it. I didn’t even have a single word with her apart from that. I never DMed her.”
Kushal Tandon mentioned in the same conversation that he never DMs girls on Instagram. The TV actor said, “I had told on the show, ‘I don’t DM girls, especially Indians. ‘ Because I have a bigger ego for me just randomly messaging any girl on Instagram. Mere main thoda ego hai. If you have any proof of my message to Shreya, I would like to request you and your boyfriend to publicise it. Congratulations, you won Lock Upp. Take care.”
For the unversed, Kushal Tandon was earlier in a relationship with Gauahar Khan. After their breakup, Gauahar got married to Zaid Darbar. In Alliance, Kushal bonded well with Gauahar’s husband Zaid. He said that he and Gauahar are on good terms.
