Dhanush’s Telugu film ‘Kuberaa’ has been doing a fabulous business at the box office. The film opened at Rs 14.75 crore nett, and ended up finishing its opening weekend at a fantastic Rs 48.50 crore nett.
The film experienced a jump in its collection on Sunday, and collected in the range of Rs 17 crore nett. The Sekhar Kammula directorial emerged as globally (Rs 27 crore gross), surpassing his ‘Raayan’, which collected Rs 23 crore gross.

It will be interesting to see if ‘Kuberaa’ manages to surpass the lifetime India business of ‘Raayan’ (Rs 94.79 crore) to emerge as the biggest film for Dhanush at the box office.
