KTM 160 Duke Launched: KTM India has launched its ‘most powerful motorcycle in the 160cc segment’ — the 160 Duke. At Rs 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the all-new KTM 160 Duke is around Rs 15,000 costlier than its direct rival, the Yamaha MT-15 streetfighter. Yamaha retails its streetfighter between Rs 1.70 lakh and Rs 1.81 lakh (ex-showroom). That being said, KTM’s 160 Duke, at its price, offers more features and power than the Yamaha MT-15. KTM has started accepting bookings for the 160 Duke — customers can reserve their bike either online on the KTM India website or at the dealerships.
KTM 160 Duke: Engine Specs

Power and torque figures stand at 18.74bhp at 9,500rpm and 15.5Nm at 7,500rpm, respectively — on the other hand, Yamaha’s 155cc liquid-cooled engine helps MT-15 produce 18.1bhp and 14.1Nm. The 160 Duke comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox, accompanied by a slipper-and-assist clutch.
