A startup founder from Bengaluru has openly asked this question to Mallya. He wrote in the tweet, “I am very serious, you tell me the price, I am ready to pay any amount.” This tweet has caught everyone’s attention on the internet.
A startup founder named Priyam Raj made this interesting offer while tagging Vijay Mallya on X (previously Twitter). He wrote, “Dear Vijay Mallya, I am a businessman from Bengaluru. It’s my birthday on March 23. I want to throw a grand party like the city of Bengaluru has never seen before and relive those ‘good times’ days. Bengaluru needs that energy now.”
Not only this, he further wrote, “Can Kingfisher Villa (Penthouse) be rented for one night? I am not joking, I am very serious. Whatever price you ask, I will give. If you do not have it now, please tell who is its owner.”
‘Tweeted jokingly’, says businessman!
As soon as this tweet went viral, Priyam Raj said in another post that it was just a funny tweet. He said, “Last time I celebrated my birthday at the ‘Skyee’ hotel, right opposite the Kingfisher Tower. Then, looking at this building, I thought what it would be like to have a party up here. Now that this tweet has become news, I am really thinking seriously about it.”

Priyam also expressed regret that such a beautiful property in the middle of the city is lying idle. Expressing his wish, he wrote, “This multi-million dollar bungalow built in the sky has been lying vacant for the last 10 years. Beautiful things should be used. Life is very short, as long as we are on this earth, we can have a good party.”
Interestingly, Vijay Mallya himself talked about this in a recent podcast. He had told, “That luxurious penthouse is still incomplete and is stuck in legal-financial troubles (liquidation). Due to this, its work is halted midway.”
