Kim’s waste fixed! The woman who returned, who will take every oppression now – News Himachali News Himachali

For the first time legal action has been initiated against UP’s supreme leader Kim Jong Un. A man who migrated from North Korea has filed a case against him in a South Korea court.

In this case, Kim Jong Un has been accused of serious crimes against humanity.

The Human Rights Legal Aid Center of the ‘Database Center for North Korean Human Rights’ (NKDB) on Wednesday informed that it will file a complaint in Seoul Central District Court on behalf of Choi Min-Kong, the head of the organization representing the families of the jail victims of North Korea on the coming Friday.

Serious allegations of human rights violation

NKDB believes that the matter is historically very important, as this is the first time a victim of human rights violations in North Korea has started a legal battle. The institution plans to raise the matter on global forums like the United Nations (UN) and International Criminal Court (ICJ). North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has been accused of serious human rights violations by several Western countries, and the US has imposed strict sanctions on North Korea due to his frequent missile tests.

North Korea was forcibly sent from China

Choi fled North Korea in 1997 and stayed in China till 2008, when she was forcibly sent back to North Korea. He alleges that after his return, he suffered physical harassment, sexual abuse and inhuman atrocities at a custody center for five months. In 2012, she once again managed to escape from North Korea and settled in South Korea within a few months.

Now complaints will be filed on these

Now under the Choi International Criminal Court, North Korea leader Kim Jong-un and five officials of his security ministry are going to file a criminal complaint. He says, ‘I want to bring those people in the dock of justice who are responsible for crimes against humanity under Kim rule. I am confident that this legal step will attract the attention of the country and the world over human rights violations in North Korea.
