Kia India has extended its partnership with the Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandard (KPKB) by including the Syros, SUV, and the recently launched Carens Clavis, MPV in the inventory to make them available for police and paramilitary personnel.
With this, the beneficiaries now have the option to purchase the brand’s whole internal combustion lineup, including Sonet, Seltos, and Carens, through KPKB at special prices.
This initiative provides both active and retired personnel, along with their families, the opportunity to access Kia’s vehicles through KPKB’s extensive distribution network, which includes 119 main canteens and 1,871 subsidiary outlets nationwide. The network currently serves over 3.5 million members of the police and paramilitary forces. To enhance sales and after-sales support, 362 Kia dealerships have also been incorporated into the program, featuring 92 distinct trims from the company’s product lineup.
The Sonet and Syros are categorized as sub-4m SUVs, and they have recently experienced a significant price reduction due to the GST 2.0 reforms scheduled to take effect on September 22nd, 2025. Although the reduction isn’t as substantial as that for B Segment SUVs, the Seltos, Carens, and Carens Clavis also benefited from a considerable price decrease with the new GST 2.0 reforms.
Atul Sood, Sr. VP, Sales & Marketing, Kia India, commented, “We are truly honored to strengthen our partnership with Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar and extend Kia’s complete ICE product line-up to the courageous police and paramilitary personnel, as well as their families. This initiative underscores our commitment to delivering advanced, safe, and sustainable mobility solutions to those who protect and serve the nation.”
