According to the Panchang, in the year 2025, Kharmas will start from 16th December and will last till 14th January 2026.

Pilgrimage: At this time, bathing in holy rivers or traveling to any pilgrimage place is considered salvation.

Cow Service: Feeding fodder to cows, serving them and donating in a cowshed gives great virtue.
