‘KGF’ star Yash buys Rs 24 Crore plot near Mumbai

Kannada superstar Yash is charting an ambitious path with a string of pan-Indian projects. After wrapping up work on “Toxic,” he has shifted focus to the two-part mythological epic “Ramayana,” where he plays Ravana alongside Ranbir Kapoor, who essays the role of Lord Rama.

The actor reportedly plans to continue taking up large-scale pan-Indian and international projects in the coming years. As a result, he is keen to establish a base closer to Mumbai.

According to the latest buzz, Yash and his wife Radhika Pandit have purchased two adjoining beachfront agricultural land parcels in Alibag for Rs 24 crore. Located near Mumbai, Alibag is accessible within about an hour by boat and has emerged as a preferred destination for several Bollywood celebrities, many of whom own farmhouses in the region.

The land registration deal is said to have been completed last month.

Meanwhile, Yash’s “Toxic,” directed by Geetu Mohandas, is yet to receive a new release date after being postponed more than once.
