The Ketan Agarwal case was initially registered as an accidental death; however, things took a dramatic turn when police arrested Ketan’s fiancée, Siya Goyal and her friend, Chetan Chaudhury, on suspicion of murder on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. According to Ketan’s family, Siya had previously displayed a few red flags in the days leading up to the murder, including an earlier push to Lohagad itself. At the time, Siya claimed that she was actually trying to save Ketan from a snake.
