In the video, the girl has accused a police constable of physically and mentally exploiting her for a long time on the pretext of marriage.
After the video surfaced, the whole matter has gained momentum and has created a stir in the police department as well. On the complaint of the girl’s family, a case has been registered against the accused constable and he has been arrested.
Allegation of living in live-in for 4 years
According to the information revealed in the case, the girl was living in a live-in relationship with police constable JB Gautam posted at Tajganj police station in Agra for the last four years. The girl alleged that the constable had promised to marry her. On this trust she started living with him. But with the passage of time the constable started maintaining distance from him. The girl said that whenever she talked about marriage, the constable would say that her family would not accept the relationship.

The girl told the whole story in the viral video
In the video going viral on social media, the girl is seen in a very emotional state. In the video she says that JB Gautam kept her as his wife for four years, but has now left her. She kept talking about marriage several times, but every time it was postponed. The girl also alleged that the constable’s brother had also done the same with another girl. In the video, the girl also said that the accused is in the police, so she feels that no action will be taken against him.
“He will be responsible for my death.”
At the end of the video, the girl said in clear words that if she commits suicide then JB Gautam and his family will be responsible for it. He said that he did not get justice while alive, but hopes that he will definitely get justice after death.
Police panic after video went viral
As soon as the video of the girl surfaced, there was a stir in the police department. Considering the seriousness of the matter, on the complaint of the girl’s family, a case was registered against the accused constable and he was arrested.
Accused constable suspended, sent to jail
Agra’s DCP City Ali Abbas has given instructions for departmental action in this matter. The accused constable has been suspended with immediate effect. The police presented the accused in the court, from where he was sent to jail. The girl’s body has been handed over to her family members after post-mortem.
Police officials say that the entire matter is being investigated. Action will be taken keeping all the facts in mind. Officials have said that if anyone is found guilty in the investigation, he will not be spared.
