New Delhi: Kawasaki India has announced a big price cut on the 2026 Ninja ZX-10R. The company is offering a flat discount of Rs 2.5 lakh on the bike’s on-road price. After the discount, the ZX-10R now effectively costs Rs 21.10 lakh. This offer is not permanent. It is only available until 31 December 2025. Kawasaki has also updated the ex-showroom price of the bike to Rs 20.79 lakh after the GST changes came into effect.
When the motorcycle was launched earlier, before GST 2.0, it was priced at Rs 19.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Even with the new pricing, the 2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R continues to be the most affordable litre-class superbike you can buy in India. It competes with other high-performance motorcycles such as the Ducati Panigale V4, BMW S1000RR, and Aprilia RSV4.

ZX-10R tech
The 2026 Ninja ZX-10R continues to run on a 998cc inline-four engine. It produces 193.1bhp and 112Nm of torque. The engine offers smooth power delivery but also gives strong performance at higher speeds. The bike comes with several electronic features that make riding safer and easier. This includes different ride modes, dual-channel ABS, traction control, engine brake control, cruise control, launch control, and more. All these settings can be viewed and adjusted through a colour TFT screen on the dashboard.
For 2026, Kawasaki is offering the ZX-10R in two colour options, Metallic Graphite Gray with Metallic Diablo Black, and the classic Lime Green, Ebony, and Pearl Blizzard White combination.
2026 Ninja ZX-10R competitor

Right now, the ZX-10R’s closest competitor in terms of price is the BMW S1000RR, which starts at an on-road price of around Rs 23.60 lakh. With Kawasaki’s limited-period discount, the ZX-10R becomes even cheaper than before. This may draw more attention from buyers who want a high-performance superbike. The lower price could also help Kawasaki increase sales as the bike already has a strong fan base in India.
