Kartik Aaryan has reportedly suffered an injury while shooting for his upcoming film with director Kabir Khan. The actor was filming an intense sequence for the highly anticipated project when the incident occurred. According to a report, the situation required immediate medical attention, leaving the actor temporarily unable to continue shooting. Kartik has been balancing multiple projects and demanding physical sequences, making the latest development particularly significant for his work commitments. While further details about his recovery are awaited, the incident comes as the actor was nearing an important stage of the film’s production.
Kartik Aaryan to undergo knee surgery
According to a report by India Today, Kartik Aaryan sustained a severe knee injury while shooting an intense action sequence for his upcoming untitled film with director Kabir Khan.
The incident reportedly took place during the final two days of the shoot, when major action sequences were scheduled to be filmed. Kartik had also been undergoing rigorous training with action coaches ahead of the demanding sequences.
Following the injury, the actor was reportedly rushed to a hospital in the town for medical attention.
The portal reported that Kartik has been admitted to Fortis Raheja Hospital and is currently under medical care. A source close to the production told the publication that doctors are expected to perform his knee surgery shortly. The source further said that Kartik will need to rest for a few days following the procedure and is expected to resume his professional commitments once he has recovered.

Following his recovery period, is expected to take a few days off before resuming work on Anurag Basu’s upcoming untitled film. The latest injury is reportedly not the first time Kartik has hurt his knee on a film set. Earlier, while shooting a song for Shehzada, the actor had also shared an update about suffering a knee injury. At present, details about the extent of his latest injury and his recovery timeline remain limited, with the actor expected to focus on his treatment before returning to work.
Meanwhile, has recently ventured into production with Dopamine Studios for his upcoming collaboration with Kabir Khan, marking their second project together. The actor will next be seen in Naagzilla, directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and also has Captain India in his lineup. Notably, he has recently won the National Film Award for Best Actor for his performance in Chandu Champion.
