RX100 fame Karthikeya was last seen in Bhaje Vaayu Vegam that released in 2024. The movie got okay talk but raked in just around 2 Crore Share at the box office.
Karthikeya is missing since then and every now and then, there were posts on social media asking what happened to him.
Sources say that Karthikeya traveled with Bhaje Vaayu Vegam director Prashanth Reddy for about an year and they worked out a story with a huge canvas.
The movie budget turned out to be around 30 Crore on Paper. They approached Sithara but Naga Vamsi turned out due to unknown issues.
They also tried with Mythri but things did not work out. Earlier, Karthikeya played villain in Nani’s Gangleader produced by Mythri. Back then, they promised to do a film with him as hero.
Later, Karthikeya also approached KVN and other big producers only to be turned out.
Sources say that he worked out on another story himself and decided to direct it himself. His own banner, Kartikeya Creative Works will be producing the film.
