He recently landed in trouble after sharing his views on modern women. The handsome hunk has been receiving backlash from the netizens after he called modern women ‘too independent’. Apart from that, Karan also recalled how his date was simultaneously seeing 7 others. He even cited an example of women from today’s generation who take the decision instantly with a practical approach.
What Did Karan Wahi Say About Modern Women?
In conversation with Chhavi Mittal on her podcast ,commented on women’s independence. While comparing the women from his mother’s generation with today’s generation, the actor said that his mom would stay quiet if something upset her and handle it in her own way. However, the ladies from today’s time just move on. He said, “In today’s time, a woman says, ‘f**k you’ and just moves on.”
Apart from that, Karan also shared a personal incident. He recalled that his former girlfriend was also seeing seven other people while dating him. The actor mentioned that he chose not to go on multiple dates at the same time to avoid confusion.
Wahi also clarified that he never judged seeing multiple people. He feels the women from today’s generation have become less patient. He pointed out society’s expectations from men. According to society, men are often raised with expectations that they must work and earn money.
