Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives garnered a lot of attention this season for various reasons. One such reason was when Riddhima Kapoor accidentally spilled wine on Shalini Passi’s dress during dinner.
In this season, there are two groups Mumbai wives and Delhi wives. The Mumbai wives were surprised that Kapoor did not apologise after the wine incident. The producer of the show Karan Johar, stated in a virtual chat that Riddhima apologised to Passi in Mauritius for the same. But the scene was removed from the show. Johar claimed that it was cut from the editing table due to visibility issues as it was shot at night.
During the same video chat, Shalini said “The apology came on day 2 or day 3. I’m okay, I actually don’t care. Ya, it’s all in the past and I don’t want to see the re-runs. I know what happened. I know how I was made to feel.”
“Honestly, they didn’t want to pull me up for anything. I’m a matured human being. I don’t pull them up for their behaviour. To say, ‘I’m concerned, we’re concerned,'” she added. The star further said that she didn’t intend to make friends with Mumbai wives as they pitted against the Delhi wives. Shalini further mentioned that her own team members sidelined her.
The third season of The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives is currently streaming on Netflix. The show stars Neelam Kothari, Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Pandey and Seema Sajdeh. This season they introduced new entrants Shalini Passi, Riddhima Kapoor, and Kalyani Chawla. All three seasons are available on the OTT giant Netflix. The third season has been streaming from October 6.
