Ranveer Singh found himself in the middle of controversy after his exit from Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3. The Federation of Western India Cine Employees issued a non-cooperation directive against him following a complaint by Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani. The producers of claimed that Rs 45 crore was spent on the pre-production, while Ranveer left the film days before the shoot. Amid this, voiced her support for the Bollywood actor, stating that once a person’s stature grows, their enemies also increase. In her new interview, the actress opened up about experiencing something similar to what Ranveer faced.

During an interview with Fever FM, Kangana was asked if she experienced something similar to Ranveer Singh’s Don 3 row. Reacting to this, the Bollywood actress stated, “I was the first one to be banned by… you know what? They put cases on me. They tried to frame me legally.” She claimed that people tried to put her in jail, and her lawyer was busy attending court dates.

She further recalled being banned by certain section of the media. Having gone through a ban for years, the actress suggested that she became resilient to criticism and controversy. Reflecting on the criticism that public figures generally face, the actress now feels it has all become ‘bachchon ka khel’.
Earlier, at the trailer launch of , Kangana supported Ranveer over his Don 3 controversy saying that one faces obstacles when they move forward in life. “It’s simply not possible for your stature to rise without attracting more opponents. So today, Ranveer Singh should perhaps think about how significant his stature must be if he has so many detractors,” she added.

On the work front, Kangana will next be seen in Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata. The actress will be seen playing the role of a nurse in Manoj Tapadia’s movie. It has been inspired real-life story of Cama Hospital workers who showed immense courage and saved more than 400 lives during Mumbai 26/11 terror attack.
Produced by Manikarnika Films, Pen Studios and Paramhans Creations, the film is set for a big screen release on June 12.
