Kalyanpur Election 2025: Kalyanpur seat was again captured by JDU in Bihar Assembly elections 2020. Party candidate Maheshwar Hazari defeated Ranjit Kumar Ram of CPI-ML (CPI-ML). In this victory, Maheshwar Hazari got 72,279 votes (38.46%) while Ranjit Kumar Ram got 62,028 votes (33%). The victory margin was 10,251 votes. BSP’s Mamta Kumari stood third.
