He said that people of the society should get opportunities on big posts like Rajya Sabha, MLC, Governor and even Chief Minister. He said that this is not an attempt to create pressure, but an attempt to remind the party that it is important to maintain the respect of the Lodhi community.
Demand to make Sandeep Singh CM
The biggest discussion during the program was when the demand for making Sandeep Singh the Chief Minister was raised from the stage. This demand brought the program more into limelight. However, when Sakshi Maharaj was questioned on this issue, he gave a somewhat balanced answer. He said that neither Sandeep Singh nor Rajveer Singh have any such desire in their mind, but the society definitely wants that those who are deserving should get a chance to move ahead.
Counterattack on SP’s PDA
Political rhetoric did not stop here. Sakshi Maharaj also strongly attacked the PDA (Backward, Dalit, Minority) formula of Samajwadi Party. He said that there is no wave of PDA in Uttar Pradesh and it is just a political slogan. He claimed that there is no alternative to BJP, Narendra Modi and Yogi Adityanath and the public is completely with them.
Statement on reservation and upper caste issue
In his speech, Sakshi Maharaj also raised the issues of the upper caste community. He said that if anyone has worked in the interest of the upper caste community, it is BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Referring to 10 percent reservation, he said that this decision was historic for the upper caste community and it proves that BJP takes care of all sections.
