Actress Kajol shared a witty message on Monday about choosing peace over arguments, saying she prefers not to engage with people who seek attention more than logic.
The Dilwale actress posted a series of pictures on Instagram and wrote, “I don’t argue with people who need attention more than logic,” accompanied by the hashtags #namaste, #ichoosepeace and #humourousbone.
Kajol’s post appeared to reflect her view that not every disagreement deserves a response, with the actress using humour to make her point.
In the photographs, Kajol posed in an off-shoulder black dress. She completed her look with subtle makeup, including highlighter, kohl-rimmed eyes, bronzer and nude lipstick.
Her sister Tanishaa Mukerji also complimented the actress, commenting, “Nysa ki mummy! Looking stunning!”
Kajol had earlier shared photographs from a photoshoot and reflected on the importance of recognising positive moments in life. She wrote that the number of good things in one’s life depends on the ability to notice them, adding that the thought had changed the way she looked at things.
The actress, who turned 52 earlier this week, also expressed gratitude to people who wished her on her birthday.
In an Instagram note, Kajol thanked everyone who took time to send her messages, make videos or simply send their love. She described herself as “lucky” to have a loyal and “delightfully crazy” group of people supporting her.
She ended the birthday message by sending her fans virtual hugs and jokingly asking them to eat a piece of cake on her behalf.
