Singer Jubin Nautiyal has embraced fatherhood as he and his wife have welcomed a baby boy.
The singer, who reportedly got married in April this year, revealed that his son was born on September 14, coinciding with Ganesh Chaturthi.
“Yes, I am a father now! Our son was born on the very auspicious day of Ganesh Chaturthi on September 14. Mom and baby are back home and well,” Jubin was quoted as saying by Bombay Times.
When asked if they had decided on a name for their baby boy, the singer said, “We haven’t thought of a name for our baby boy yet. We are just soaking in all the beautiful moments with him now.”
Jubin also admitted that balancing fatherhood with his professional commitments, particularly travelling for work, could be “tough”.
“When I have to travel out of town, I know it’s going to be tough. I am spending every minute with my little one right now and it’s a great feeling,” he said.
Jubin is one of India’s popular playback singers, with over 200 songs to his credit.
Hailing from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, he began his singing journey in 2011 with X Factor India before making his Bollywood debut with Ek Mulaqat from Sonali Cable in 2014.
He gained wider recognition with songs such as Zindagi Kuch Toh Bata from Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Kaabil Hoon from Kaabil.
His other popular tracks include Tum Hi Aana, Lut Gaye, Humnava Mere, Taaron Ke Shehar, Meri Zindagi Hai Tu and Raataan Lambiyan from Shershaah.
