Noni greens making materials

To make Noni greens, we need finely chopped Noni greens, wet gram dal, tomato, green chillies and fresh green coriander. We will use mustard oil for tempering. Also, take rock salt, turmeric, black pepper powder, dry red chili, cumin, fenugreek seeds etc.

  • First, wash the chopped greens and gram dal in a large pot and filter it well.
  • Now heat mustard oil in a thick deep pan
  • When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds and lick it
  • When both turn golden brown, add a piece of dry red chili
  • Now add gram dal and chopped greens to the pan and add basic spices like salt, turmeric, pepper powder
  • It does not take long to cook, so cover it and cook it for 5-10 minutes and keep checking the lid in between so that the greens do not stick in the pan.
  • If you like tomatoes, add chopped tomatoes to it, it will be cooked immediately.
