Jimin has turned BLONDE, and that’s what grabbed the eyeballs of BTS fans on September 5. This comes days after the K-pop idol got embroiled in a dating controversy with actress Lee Da-Eun.
Park Jimin, who completed his mandatory military training in June this year, has ever since been busy working on BTS’ comeback album slated to drop in the spring of 2026. However, after calmly enjoying with the bandmates through his time in the US recently, this is the first thing Jimin changed about his looks in weeks, that is now breaking the internet.
Jimin is blonde!
On Friday, the internet went ablaze when new images of Jimin surfaced that showed the return of his blonde hair. His new look was revealed when YouTuber and influencer @mamachichi_style shared new photos of Jimin at an event which he attended with BTS leader RM. The two idols were seen sitting at a table. A video also surfaced later.
The two photos of Jimin quickly got him on the list of worldwide X trends. While ‘BLONDE JIMIN’ started trending at #12 globally, ‘JIMIN RUBIO’ (Blonde Jimin) also began trending worldwide at #11. ‘BLONDE JIMIN IS BACK’ was among the other topics that flooded social media. The trends and ranking are only getting closer to No 1 (while writing this article).
Jimin’s new look blows up social media
A fan wrote on X, “Oh my god my baby he is too beautiful in blond he is back I am so happy to see him.” Another one said, “His natural hair is blonde, the first natural blonde in Korea.” A user reacted, “jimin is blonde, he’s smiling, he’s wearing his fancy glasses, he’s dressed pretty. we’re so back.” One comment read, “im gonna have a heart attack im gonna die im having a heart attack im gonna kill myself jimin is blonde.”
A post said, “Blonde Jimin is back! His visuals keep raising the bar-ARMY is eating good!” One fan screamed, “Blonde Jimin = End of peace, beginning of chaos (and I love it).” Another post read, “blonde jimin is my weakness, he’s everything.”
Jimin has sported blonde hair on several occasions, including many music videos and concert shows. His latest look has left many wondering whether this is his look for the upcoming BTS album which is currently under production.
