Noida International Airport: Union Civil Aviation Minister K Ram Mohan Naidu has said that Noida Airport will be inaugurated on 30 October. 45 days later, the aircraft will start flying and landing.
Noida airport: Noida International Airport or Jewar Airport will be inaugurated on 30 October. This announcement has been made by Union Civil Aviation Minister K Ram Mohan Naidu. Flights will start from this airport 45 days after the inauguration. From here, aircraft will fly and come to 10 big cities. These cities include Bengaluru, Mumbai and Kolkata. The minister said that there has been talk of starting flight services with IndiGo and Air India Express.
Noida Airport will connect rapid rail-cum-matro
Noida Airport will be connected to six roads, a rapid rail-cum-metro and pod taxis. After it is operational, it will operate under ‘DXN’. The runway test was done at the airport on 9 December 2024. During this time a commercial aircraft landed. In July 2025, the Airport Authority issued consultation to builders and local authorities and others to follow the height limit within the 20km of the airport.
Hindon Airport will expand
Minister Naidu announced that Hindon Airport in Ghaziabad would be expanded. For this, the Uttar Pradesh government has been requested to give 9 acres of land. The parking area will also be extended under the expansion scheme. The Union Minister said that free Wi-Fi will be made available at all airports in the country in the next two months. Libraries will also be opened at airports soon for the convenience of passengers.

Noida Airport will be the largest airport in India
Noida Airport will be the largest airport in India after being completely operational. It will become Asia’s largest aviation center. This will increase connectivity for millions of passengers. Yamuna International Airport Private Limited, a subsidiary of Zurich Airport International, has created Noida Airport. It can handle 120 lakh passengers every year. Extension plans are already ready to handle 7 crore passengers per year.
