He said that while the owners were demanding Rs 1,400 crore crore for this assets of 14,973 square meters, a businessman who holds a strong hold in the domestic drink industry has confirmed this deal about Rs 1,100 crore. A major law firm has issued a public notice as the final phase of the process of proper investigation.

The notice states that our client plot number 5, Block No. 14, 17, Motilal Nehru Marg (East York Road), New Delhi is willing to get residential property with an area of 14,973.383 square meters located in New Delhi and for this we are investigating the current owners of the said property, Princess Kakkad and Bina Rani. Any person claiming any right or ownership in relation to the said property can inform us in writing with documentary evidence within 7 days, otherwise it will be assumed that there is no adverse ownership or right of any kind in relation to the said property. Princess Kakkar and Bina Rani are from a former royal family in Rajasthan.
